InstaNatural Hyluronic Acid Serum (*)

More recently I've been reaching for facial serums over my daily moisturiser. They seem to inject instant hydration into my skin and are also packed with numerous ingredients that aid in more ways than one.

My most recent discovery is the InstaNatural Hyluronic Acid Serum. My skin type is dry/ combination and so I'm immediately attracted to any skin care product with 'acid' in its title, whether that be Alpha-hydroxy acids (glycolic, lactic, tartaric or fruit), Salcyilic Acid, Retinol, Hyluronic or one of the lesser known acidic ingredients, I'll try it.

The InstaNatural Hyluronic Acid Serum (non surprisingly) contains a hyluronic acid which is often used in conjuction with Vitamin C to effectively penetrate deep into the skin. The acid itself is naturally found in youthful skin tissue and is a component that aids in lubricating, softening and cushioning the skins tissue, there for being the perfect anti-ageing/ hydrating acid. InstaNatural also contains Vitamin C, Green Tea, Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil that all aid in producing this incredible bottle of skincare gold.

The products itself is free from fragrance, parabens, addatives, alcohol and its VEGAN! The formula of the serum is a thick gel like consistency that is feels incredibly light weight on the skin and smells a little like rose. Although the word 'acid' can scare off some of those more sensitive skin types it is an natural and organic acid that our bodies already produce so it shouldn't react.

On application the serum disperses across the skin into a light watery liquid and sinks in beautifully leaving a soft (non sticky) finish. The bottle does advise that it can be used under a moisturiser but I've been using it on its own as a base for my makeup as it creates a flawless matt finish.

My skin previously was pretty darn dry especially on my nose and under my eyes but after using this product for a couple days I noticed a huge difference. My skin now feels soft, supple and quenched of its thirst. Although it hasn't aided in reducing the appearance of dark circles (which nothing but sleep can budge) my skin looks healthier and my breakout are being kept at bay.

This product is basically an all in one exfoliate, toner and moisturiser and I've been addicted to using it daily. You can pick it up on Amazon >here<.
