In Collaboration With Bonmarche – "Seasons Treatings"(*)
So this Christmas, amongst the gifts under the tree from friends and family addressed to my Mum there was a rather large and rather special gifted gold box.
I was recently contacted by the well-known high street retailer Bonmarche and asked if I would like to collaborate in a festive campaign named ‘Seasons Treatings’. Of course not only was it an extra little surprise for my Mum this Christmas but it was also a big excuse to spoil her that little bit more!
Inside the festive filled gold box was a rather large bunch of pampering gifts from Sanctuary Spa, an indulgent box of luxury chocolate from Hotel Chocolat, some festive nail polishes from David Emanuel. Then of course there the biggest surprise in which I was kindly given the opportunity to choose a dress from the Bonmarche website to surprise my Mum with!
As I scrolled through the website the lace top sequin dress with nude lining from the David Emanuel collection at Bonmarche ultimately caught my eye. With its classic midi cut, beautiful lace top detailing with a touch of festive sequins and flattering wrap front style I knew this would be a hit with my Mum.
The lace detailing at the top of the dress looks unexpectedly more expensive and luxurious than the product image on the website so I thrilled when my she opened the box to reveal its contents!
My Mum was incredibly surprised with the gift from Bonmarche and instantly wanted to try it on. She is typically a size 8-10 so we was wondering how the fit would be but upon donning the dress it fitted incredibly well. Sitting comfortably at the top of the shoulders, nipping in at the hips and skimming the thighs to drop down to mid length it was a flattering fit.
A lovely surprise to spoil my Mum that little bit extra this Christmas, all thanks to Bonmarche!
