Nica Shoulder Bags  (*)

I’ll come clean and admit I’m obsessed with bags, well to be honest accessories in general (proof goes to my overflowing rack of necklaces that now spill into a box in a drawer). But bags are the ultimate accessory that can pull together an outfit or put a twist on a styled piece.

Last year it was the infamous and ridiculously over sized bucket bag now this year I’ve been on the hunt for a new tan bag and a brand named NICA came to the rescue.

You may have already stumbled across or heard of the brand before as it’s stocked in Debenhams, ASOS, John Lewis, Dorothy Perkins, House of Fraser and tons of online stores. I had previously eyed up a NICA bag in Debenhams before the brand even contacted me and kindly asked if I would like to review a product!

The bag itself is called the Judy Triple Compartment Shoulder Bag. It comes in 4 different shades; classic black, plum purple, brownish mink and the Spring medium/ light tan!

I’ve been trying to keep my bags organised so I don’t have to do the dreaded monthly decluttering (which should probably be done weekly with the amount of rubbish i end up collecting). But that's when the ‘Triple Compartment’ caught my eye. You can keep all your valuables zipped away in the middle whilst throwing in those typical ‘need to grab and go’ products in the lined slip pockets at either side... in an organised way!

The faux leather outer material is super soft and looks incredibly more expensive that it actually is. The intricate cut out detailing, the white/ cream visible stitching and the cute Spring/ Summer bumble bee’s on the front turn this bag from a classic piece into a statement shoulder accessory.  It’s the perfect size for carrying around those 'i might need but probably wont use' products without being too small or too oversized and to top it off unlike most shoulder bags the handles are the perfect length for slinging it over your arm!

This bag is the perfect light/ medium tan to see you through Spring and right back into the Winter months.

  1. Love the bag - one of my favourite ever bag purchases is a purple Nica satchel which I've had for so many years (more years than satchels have been popular, that's for sure!) and it's so well made!
